Intent Digital

Intent Digital provides all-inclusive professional audio and visual control systems for medical, government and industrial installations. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Audio and IT Infrastructure. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intent Digital is based in Phoenix, Arizona. More on intentdigital.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
