IntelliGenesis

IntelliGenesis is an IT company offering software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: CRM. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

IntelliGenesis is based in Columbia, Maryland. You can read more at intelligenesisllc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know IntelliGenesis well, your review carries weight here.
