Intaglio

Intaglio is a communication software development company that provides video projection, wireless connectivity, and consulting. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Audio, Consulting and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intaglio is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Their site is intaglioav.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Intaglio, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
