Innovative Dealer Technologies

Innovative Dealer Technologies is a technology company providing software and services for buyers and sellers in the auto industry. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Automotive. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Innovative Dealer Technologies is based in Longmont, Colorado. More on innovativedealertechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
