Image Retrieval

Image Retrieval is a defense company that manufactures and supplies professional book scanners, software, and IT services to libraries. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Manufacturing and Printing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Image Retrieval is based in Carrollton, Texas. Their site is iiri.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
