IDK Technologies

IDK Technologies is an online media company that provides project management services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IDK Technologies is based in Hudson, New Hampshire and around since 1999. Their site is idktech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
