Housurf

Here is Housurf in plain terms. Commission Free Real Estate. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. They also list Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Housurf is based in Sarasota, Florida. Their site is housurf.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Housurf well, your review carries weight here.
