HackUTD is a software development company. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Communities and Open Source. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
