Grantlun

Grantlun provides executive management consulting services and software to infrastructure contractors. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Management Consulting, Project Management and Robotics. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Grantlun is based in Bozeman, Montana and founded in 1989. Their site is grantlun.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
