Goowy

Goowy Media offers flash-based desktop apps that help users share and communicate on the web. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list File Sharing, Information Services and Web Browsers, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Goowy is based in San Diego, California. Their site is goowy.com.
