FactorySense RFID

FactorySense RFID offers RFID hardware for real-time asset tracking, inventory management, and workplace safety in industrial settings. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Hardware and RFID. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FactorySense RFID is based in Mckinney, Texas. Their site is getfactorysense.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know FactorySense RFID well, your review carries weight here.
