Exactly Labs

Exactly Labs specializes in building engaging digital products and solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Exactly Labs is based in Seattle, Washington. You can read more at exactlylabs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
