Essi Systems

Essi Systems is a consulting company that provides human capital solutions. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Consulting and Shopping. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Essi Systems is based in Berkeley, California and around since 1983. More on essisystems.com.

Before you commit, look at pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
