ERP Consulting Group

ERP Consulting Group is a management consulting and outsourcing company that develops, implements, and supports SAP solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ERP Consulting Group is based in Des Plaines, Illinois. Their site is ecg-usa.com.
