Empath

SaaS Workforce Development and Learning Platform for MSPs. That is the short version of Empath. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Empath is based in Tampa, Florida. More on empathmsp.com.
