Elucidate Technologies

Elucidate Technologies is an IT consulting firm that offers software, hardware, and telecommunication services for businesses. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Elucidate Technologies is based in Columbus, Ohio. You can read more at etipr.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
