DNC Consulting

Here is DNC Consulting in plain terms. Boston based management and technology consultancy firm driving growth for client firms through a focus on execution. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Management Consulting, Market Research, Mobile Payments and Payments, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DNC Consulting is based in Boston, Massachusetts and around since 2011. More on dncconsultinginc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
