Digital Facilities Corporation

Digital Facilities offers SaaS technology solutions for specialized building enclosure asset management. The job it does: bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

It makes the most sense for contractors and builders. They also list Construction, Environmental Consulting, Green Building and GreenTech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Digital Facilities Corporation is based in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. More on digitalfac.net.
