Custom Systems

It provides computerized solutions to business situations, specializing in custom written applications tailored to suite your companies. That is the short version of Custom Systems. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Custom Systems is based in Palatine, Illinois and around since 1992. More on customsystem.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Custom Systems well, your review carries weight here.
