Courtpals

Courtpals is a business support hub offering immigration declaration-taking, country conditions research, and legal assistance services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Virtual Assistant. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Courtpals is based in Berkeley, California. Their site is courtpals.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Courtpals, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
