Continuity Software

Continuity Software provides continuous protection of data storage and backup systems - to protect your data and ensure recoverability. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security, Data Storage, Flash Storage, IT Infrastructure and Security. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Continuity Software is based in New York, New York. More on continuitysoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
