ConnectWise

ConnectWise is a software company that transforms how technology solution providers build, manage, and grow their businesses. In practice that means storing all your company data in one place built for analysis.

It makes the most sense for data teams. They also list Cloud Data Services, Consulting and Legal, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

ConnectWise is based in Tampa, Florida and around since 1982. Their site is connectwise.com.

Before you commit, look at compute pricing, connectors, and governance. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with ConnectWise, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
