Commonality

Here is Commonality in plain terms. We help organizations grow with software that fosters transparency and alignment at scale. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Commonality is based in Boston, Massachusetts and founded in 2021. More on commonality.co.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Commonality, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
