Commercial IQ

Commercial IQ is a commercial real estate search engine and a suite of online marketing tools for commercial properties for sale and lease. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Related areas on their profile: Commercial Real Estate and Search Engine. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Commercial IQ is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is commercialiq.com.
