Code Infinite Labs

Code Infinite Labs is an IT company that engages in software development, product strategy and architecture design for various industries. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Code Infinite Labs is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and around since 2013. You can read more at codeinfinitelabs.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
