Cintacs

Cintacs offers full-services in the fields of software development, web apps, graphic design, web design and mobile app development. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Graphic Design, Mobile Apps and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cintacs is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and around since 2011. You can read more at cintacs.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
