CE Communication Services

CE Communication Services manufactures and distributes cable management and fiber optic network products for data centers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Manufacturing and Telecommunications. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CE Communication Services is based in Medway, Massachusetts and founded in 1998. More on cecommunication.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CE Communication Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
