Canvis

Canvis LLC develops intuitive software solutions for simplified user experiences. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Manufacturing, Personalization and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Canvis is based in West Des Moines, Iowa. You can read more at canvis.us.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
