Brainstorm SMS Technologies

Brainstorm SMS Technologies operates an application server designed to bring interactivity on the internet to text messaging apps. In practice that means replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

The natural audience is every team. They also list Messaging, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Brainstorm SMS Technologies is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their site is smashcode.com.

Before you commit, look at search, retention policies, and external guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Brainstorm SMS Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
