AVATAR Computing

AVATAR Computing is an IT-based firm providing advisory & assistance services in the areas of IT system management & other services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: IT Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AVATAR Computing is based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Their site is avatar-computing.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with AVATAR Computing, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
