Avacom

Avacom provides document management systems solutions among equipment manufacturers and software providers. Put simply, it is about writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Document Management, Document Preparation, Manufacturing and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Avacom is based in Irvine, California. You can read more at avaserv.com.

Things worth asking about: offline access, permissions, and export formats. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Avacom well, your review carries weight here.
