Augmentix

Augmentix Corporation develops rugged computing solutions for military, energy, homeland security and telecommunications sectors. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Augmentix is based in Austin, Texas. You can read more at augmentix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Augmentix well, your review carries weight here.
