ASM Research, Inc.

ASM Research is a provider of advanced information solutions and services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Education, Government and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
