ArcusScale

ArcusScale is a software company that provides strategic consulting, software implementation, and maintenance services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ArcusScale is based in Ohio City, Ohio. More on arcusscale.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ArcusScale, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
