ARCH Group

ARCH Group is an IT service consultancy that focuses on procurements, project management, implementations, and optimizations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Consulting and Management Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ARCH Group is based in Middleton, Wisconsin. You can read more at myarchgroup.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ARCH Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
