ARC

ARC is a video conferencing application for desktops and mobiles with privacy protection. Put simply, it is about hosting meetings, webinars and screen shares.

The natural audience is remote and hybrid teams. Alongside the main category they mention Video Chat and Video Conferencing. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ARC is based in Wilmington, Delaware. Their site is wearc.com.

Our checklist for this category: participant limits, recording, and calendar integration. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with ARC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
