American Technical Services

American Technical Services offers metrology solutions, software development, analytics, information technology, and consultancy services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

American Technical Services is based in Norco, California. Their site is atspage.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with American Technical Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
