AdvanceWare

AdvanceWare is a custom software development firm for kitchen cabinet industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AdvanceWare is based in Cave Creek, Arizona. More on advanceware.com .

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
