Advanced Technology Search

Advanced Technology Search is a search firm in the wireless and defense electronics industries. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Electronics, Search Engine and Virtual Reality. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Advanced Technology Search is based in West Orange, New Jersey and around since 1987. More on atshire.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
