ACT Security

ACT Security designs access control, video surveillance, fire, life safety, and network systems. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Security and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ACT Security is based in Nashville, Tennessee and around since 1994. You can read more at actsecurity.net.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
