3RDI Technology

3RDI Technology develops technological innovative products and solutions for IPTV operators and WebTV services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Broadcasting, Communication Hardware and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

3RDI Technology is based in San Diego, California. More on 3rdi-technology.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with 3RDI Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
