These Vendor Terms apply to any company that lists, claims or pays for a product on Revaw. They sit alongside the general Terms of service, which also apply. Revaw is operated by Saveure, LLC ("Revaw").
1. Listings
You confirm you are authorized to represent the product you list or claim. Listing information must be accurate and kept current. Revaw may edit listings for format and clarity, and may remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or abandoned.
2. Claims
A claim is approved when Revaw is satisfied the claimant represents the vendor, usually through a work email at the vendor's domain. Revaw may revoke a claim if that stops being true.
3. Reviews
Vendors may reply publicly to reviews and may flag reviews that appear to break the review guidelines. Vendors may not write reviews of their own or competing products, offer undisclosed incentives, or attempt to influence which customers Revaw invites to review. Breaches end the account and any plan without refund.
4. Scores and placement
Scores and positions in ranked lists follow the method published on the Trust and ranking page. No plan, placement or payment changes them. Sponsored placements are labeled, limited per category, and sold as described in the Advertising and sponsorship policy.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled from the vendor dashboard. Fees are in USD, exclusive of taxes, and charged in advance. Buyer intros are charged per intro unlocked. Sponsored placements are charged per 30-day period. Refunds are at Revaw's discretion within 14 days of a first purchase; no refunds are owed for partial periods after that.
6. Buyer data
Contact details reach you only when a buyer chooses to share them through Revaw. You may use those details to respond to that buyer's request. You may not add them to marketing lists without the buyer's separate consent, resell them, or share them with third parties.
7. Content and brand
You grant Revaw a licence to display the names, logos, screenshots and descriptions you provide. Revaw grants you a licence to display Revaw badges you have earned, in the form provided, for as long as you remain eligible.
8. Termination
Either side can end a plan at any time. On termination your listing stays live on the free plan with its reviews and score, unless removed under section 1 or 3.
9. Liability
Revaw provides the platform as is. Revaw's total liability to a vendor is limited to the fees that vendor paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes and law
Revaw may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email to the claimed account. Florida law applies; disputes go to the courts of Collier County, Florida.
